These are the terms of use for the Android app Creator Cam (package com.creatorcam.studio), published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited. How the app handles your data is set out in its privacy policy.
In short: Creator Cam is a free Android camera that records one take as two videos at the same time — a landscape 16:9 file and a portrait 9:16 file, both saved to your phone. It is free to use today and needs no account. Installing or using the app means you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not install it. Today the app has no internet access, so everything you record stays on your device, and the videos you make are entirely yours.
What this is
Creator Cam is a free camera app for Android, published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited (“Navritto”, “we”). It records a single take as two video files at once — one landscape (16:9) and one portrait (9:16) — and saves them to your phone. It is free to use today and needs no account.
By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use it. They sit alongside the app's privacy policy and Google Play's own terms.
What it is not
Creator Cam is a simple recording tool, not a professional production service. We do not promise that it will suit any particular shoot, device, or creative result — what you can capture depends on your own phone's camera and the space you have to store it. Treat it as one tool among the ones you use, not as a guarantee of an outcome.
How the app is paid for, and that this can change
Creator Cam is free to download and use today. How it is funded may change in future — for example we may show advertisements, or offer a one-time purchase or a subscription (say, to remove ads or unlock extra features). Any such change would arrive in a future version of the app and would be described at the time. A copy you have already installed keeps working under the terms it came with: nothing you have already installed suddenly starts charging you, or showing ads, without an update you choose to install.
Your recordings are yours
The videos you record with Creator Cam are yours. Navritto claims no ownership of them and takes no licence over them — we gain no right to use, copy, or show your footage. Each take is written straight to your own phone, and today the app has no internet access, so it cannot send your recordings anywhere and we do not receive them.
You are responsible for what you record. That includes having any consent or permission the law where you are requires — for example from people you film, or from the owner of a place — and using what you record lawfully. Creator Cam is only the tool; how you use it is up to you.
Using it fairly
You are free to use Creator Cam for your own filming — personal or commercial — and to do whatever you like with the videos you make. What we ask is that you use the app itself fairly: please do not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it, and do not misuse it or use it to break the law.
The app itself — its software, design and name — belongs to Navritto or is used by us under licence. Installing it gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on your own devices. That right covers the app, not your recordings, which remain yours as described above.
Availability
Creator Cam works offline and needs no connection to record. We may stop updating the app, or remove it from Google Play, at any time and without notice. If we do, a copy already installed on your phone keeps working — the app is never switched off or disabled remotely, because it has no way to reach your device once it is installed.
What we are responsible for
Creator Cam is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will be free of faults, available at all times, or that it will record exactly what you expect on every device. Please keep your own copies of footage that matters to you.
To the extent the law allows, Navritto is not liable for lost recordings, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms removes or limits anything that cannot lawfully be removed or limited — including any warranty implied by law and your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Navritto is registered. If you use the app as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will change the date above and publish the new version at this address before it takes effect; continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

The other documents
How Creator Cam handles data is set out separately in its privacy policy, which you can open from the app's page. In short: the app collects nothing and sends nothing off your phone. These terms and that policy are meant to be read together.
