This Privacy Policy explains how Navritto Solutions Private Limited(“Navritto”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit navritto.com(the “Website”). It applies to all visitors of the Website, including readers of the free Nibble the Explorerchildren’s story series.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the Website and improve it over time.

Automatically collected

  • Usage data via Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, session duration, referring URL, approximate geographic region (city / country level), device type, browser, operating system, screen size.
  • Advertising data via Google AdSense: pseudonymous identifiers used to serve and measure ads, ad interaction events, and (when you consent) data used to personalize advertising.
  • Server logs: each request to navritto.com is logged by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) with IP address, timestamp, request path, response status, and user agent. These logs are used for security monitoring and abuse prevention.

Voluntarily provided

  • Email correspondence: when you write to info@navritto.com, we keep the email content and your address in our inbox so we can reply and follow up.

We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, government IDs, or other sensitive information on the Website. There is no signup or login.

3. How we use the data

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Website.
  • To understand which content is useful and which pages need improvement.
  • To serve advertising via Google AdSense (where consented).
  • To respond to email enquiries and project requests.
  • To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests by authorities.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it to build profiles for marketing outside the Google AdSense program described below.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies for the purposes set out in the table below. You can control cookies through your browser settings or, where offered, the consent banner shown on first visit.

  • Strictly necessary — keep the site secure and functional. Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) — set by Google Analytics 4 to count unique visitors and measure usage. We use the IP-anonymisation default in GA4.
  • Advertising (__gads, __gpi, IDE, and others set by Google) — set by Google AdSense to serve and measure ads. Loaded only after you accept advertising cookies via our consent banner.

We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept advertising cookies, all ad-related signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to “denied” and Google receives only cookieless pings.

5. Google AdSense and personalised advertising

We use Google AdSense to serve advertising. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites on the Internet. As required by the Google AdSense program:

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this Website or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.
  • You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.

6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-Q9HWXE1K1C) to understand how visitors use the Website. Google Analytics processes pseudonymous data; we do not use any feature that links analytics data to individual user identity.

You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

7. Children’s privacy

The Nibble the Explorer story series is designed for children ages 3–8, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The stories are read on the Website without any account, login, or form. We rely on parents and guardians to supervise children’s use of the Website.

Advertising is configured to comply with Google’s policies for content directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us through email or any other channel, please contact info@navritto.com and we will delete it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India and the GDPR for residents of the EEA / UK), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for processing that is based on consent.
  • Object to processing or request restriction.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

9. Data retention

  • Google Analytics: data retained for the GA default of 14 months.
  • Server logs: typically 30 days, unless retained longer to investigate security incidents.
  • Email correspondence: retained while a project conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping; then deleted on request.

10. International transfers

Google services (Analytics, AdSense) and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process your data on servers outside India, including the United States and the European Union. These providers use Google’s and Cloudflare’s respective frameworks for international data transfer (Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).

11. Security

The Website is served over HTTPS with HSTS preload, modern security headers, and modern TLS. We do not store payment, password, or sensitive personal data on the Website. The contact email is served by a standard email provider with industry-standard security.
