This policy covers the Skycram app (identifier com.skycram.app), published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited. It is separate from the privacy policy for navritto.com, which covers the website.
In short: Skycram helps you study for the FAA Part 107 drone test entirely on your device. Your progress, settings and exam date stay on your phone, and nothing you do is uploaded. The app has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or trackers, and it is an independent study app, not affiliated with the FAA or any government agency. It is free to start, with an optional one-time purchase that is handled by the app store.
1. Who we are
Skycram is published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited (“Navritto”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Haryana, India, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. Skycram is an independent study app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any government agency.
2. What Skycram collects
Nothing. Navritto runs no server and no account system for Skycram, and we do not collect, upload or receive any personal data. Your lessons, practice history, mock-exam scores, readiness, exam date and settings are never sent to Navritto. They stay on your device, apart from your device's own backup (see section 4). The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.
Skycram does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts.
3. What the app can access
Notifications
Used only to send a daily study reminder, if you turn it on in the app's Settings. You can turn them off at any time, and the app may re-schedule a pending reminder after your phone restarts so it is not lost.
A network connection
The study content is built into the app and works fully offline. Skycram goes online only through the app store's billing service, to check, complete or restore the optional purchase. Links to FAA pages open in your browser. Your study data is never uploaded over this or any connection.
Nothing else
Skycram asks for no camera, microphone, location, files or contacts access, and it has no account.
4. What is stored on your device
Your progress and settings
Your lessons and practice history, mock-exam results, readiness score, the exam date you set and reminders, and your preferences (such as theme) are saved in the app's own storage on your device. They contain no information that identifies you and are never uploaded. On some devices this may be included in the device's own backup so you can restore it on a new phone.
Whether you have unlocked Pro
If you make the one-time purchase, the fact that you are entitled to it is confirmed with the app store and kept on your device. Navritto runs no server for this.
5. Purchases
Skycram is free to start, with an optional one-time purchase that unlocks everything. That purchase is sold and billed by the app store you installed Skycram from, under its own terms and privacy policy. The store handles payment; Navritto never sees or stores your payment details, and we run no server to process or track purchases.
6. Who the data is shared with
No one. Because Skycram collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to share or sell, and the app contains no advertising or analytics partners. The app store you installed Skycram from handles any purchase and may separately collect installs and diagnostics under its own privacy policy, over which Navritto has no control.
7. International transfers
Navritto holds no personal data about you, so there is no personal data for us to transfer across borders. Any data handled by the app store in connection with a purchase or install is governed by that store's own privacy policy.
8. Retention and deletion
Navritto stores no personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Everything Skycram keeps lives on your device and is under your control.
- Reset your study progress from within the app.
- Turn reminders on or off in the app's Settings, or revoke notification permission in your device's settings.
- Uninstalling Skycram removes the app and everything it stored on the device.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (EEA/UK), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to it, and to withdraw consent. Because Navritto holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase; for any question, write to info@navritto.com.
You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority — for example your supervisory authority in the EEA (Article 77 GDPR), the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children's privacy
Skycram is a general-audience study app for people preparing for the Part 107 test and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
11. Security
Your study data is protected by the same platform security that protects the rest of your device's storage, including device encryption. It is never transmitted. The only connections are the app store's billing service, which checks or completes the purchase over an encrypted connection, and FAA links you open in your browser.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same URL with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes will be described clearly.
