This policy covers the Twigtown: Pretend Play World app (identifier com.navritto.kids.twigtown), published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited. It is separate from the privacy policy for navritto.com, which covers the website.
In short: Twigtown collects no personal data at all. It has no ads, no analytics, no accounts and no tracking, and it never sends anything about your child or your device to us or to anyone else.
Who we are
Twigtown is made by Navritto (“we”). Contact: info@navritto.com.
What the app collects
Nothing. The app does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information, device identifiers, advertising ID, location, photos, contacts, audio or usage analytics. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics code.
What stays on the device
To work, the app keeps a few small settings only on your device: sound and music settings, the chosen voice language, the playtime limit, the characters your child creates and where they are, the state of each room, the stickers found, and which location packs have been unlocked. This information never leaves the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.
Purchases
The optional one-time purchases (each location pack, or “Unlock everything” for every current and future pack) are handled entirely by Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iOS). We do not receive or store payment details. The app asks the store only which packs were bought, so it can open them and restore them on a new device. The store's own privacy policy applies to the payment.
Internet
The whole game works offline. The app connects to the store only when a grown-up opens the parent area to buy or restore purchases, and briefly at start-up to confirm an existing purchase.
Children
Twigtown is designed for children aged 5–10 and complies with the Google Play Families Policy, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR as they apply to apps that collect no personal data. Purchases, settings and any links are behind a parental gate (press and hold, then solve a multiplication).
Changes
If this policy ever changes, we will update this page and the date above. We will never start collecting children's data.
