Delete your Finnish Exam account

1. Delete your account inside the app

This is the fastest way and it happens immediately, with no request to us:

• Open Finnish Exam and go to the Settings tab.
• Scroll to the end and tap “Delete account”.
• Confirm. Your account and the progress synced to our servers are permanently deleted straight away.

2. Or ask us by email

If you can no longer open the app — for example you have lost the device — email info@navritto.com from the email address you signed in with, or tell us that address, and ask us to delete your account. We will verify the request, delete your account and the data tied to it within 30 days, and confirm to you when it is done. There is no charge.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:

• Your account identifier, the email address and display name from Google sign-in.
• Your synced practice history — which questions you answered and whether each was correct.
• The record that your account had access to premium content.

4. What this does not delete

• Practice saved only on your phone. Remove it with Settings → Clear practice, or by uninstalling the app.
• Your Google account itself — that belongs to Google, not to us.
• An active subscription. A subscription is a payment and only Google can stop it, so cancel it separately in the Play Store (Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions). Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a subscription.

5. If you never signed in

Signing in is optional. If you have only used the free content without an account, we hold nothing about you to delete — your practice and settings already live only on your own device, and uninstalling the app removes them.
