This policy covers the Partycide app (identifier com.partycide.app), published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited. It is separate from the privacy policy for navritto.com, which covers the website.
In short: Partycide runs your murder mystery party entirely on your device — the parties you plan, the names you give your guests, the votes and the booklets you create all stay on your phone, and nothing you do is uploaded. The app has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics or trackers. It is free to install and to play the first mystery, with optional one-time purchases to unlock more, handled by the app store.
1. Who we are
Partycide is published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited (“Navritto”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Haryana, India, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
2. What Partycide collects
Nothing. Navritto runs no server and no account system for Partycide, and we do not collect, upload or receive any personal data. The parties you plan, the first names you give your guests, your casting, notes, votes and results, and the booklets and invitations you create are never sent to Navritto. They stay on your device, apart from your device's own backup (see section 4). The app contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools.
Partycide does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts.
3. What the app can access
A network connection
Partycide's mysteries, artwork and music are built into the app, and the whole game works offline. The app goes online only through the app store's billing service, to check, complete or restore a purchase. Nothing about your party is uploaded over this or any connection.
Vibration
Used only for gentle haptic feedback during the game — a stamp when a booklet is sealed, a tap on the timer, a beat at the reveal. It accesses nothing about you.
Nothing else
Partycide asks for no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or notification access, and it has no account. When you share or print a booklet, invitation, name tag or result card, you hand the finished file to your phone's own share or print feature and choose where it goes — Partycide itself sends nothing.
4. What is stored on your device
Your parties
The parties you plan — the date and place, the first names you give your guests, who is cast as whom, your notes, the votes and the result — are saved in the app's own storage on your device. They are never uploaded. On some devices this may be included in your device's own backup, so you can restore a party on a new phone.
Booklets and files you create
The character booklets, invitations, name tags, clue cards and result cards the app generates are created on your device. If you share or print one, you choose where it goes through your phone; what happens to the file afterwards is governed by the app you shared it through, not by Partycide.
Which mysteries you own
If you buy a mystery or the all-access unlock, the fact that you are entitled to it is confirmed with the app store and kept on your device. This record is deliberately left out of your device's backup and transfer, so a restore never carries one person's purchases to someone else — the app store restores your own purchases instead. Navritto runs no server for this.
5. Purchases
Partycide is free to install, and the first mystery is free to play in full. More mysteries, and an all-access unlock that covers them all, are optional one-time purchases — there is no subscription and no advertising. Those purchases are sold and billed by the app store you installed Partycide from, under its own terms and privacy policy. The store handles payment; Navritto never sees or stores your payment details, and we run no server to process or track purchases.
6. Who the data is shared with
No one. Because Partycide collects no personal data, there is nothing for us to share or sell, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking partners. The app store you installed Partycide from handles any purchase and may separately collect installs and diagnostics under its own privacy policy, over which Navritto has no control.
7. International transfers
Navritto holds no personal data about you, so there is no personal data for us to transfer across borders. Any data handled by the app store in connection with a purchase or install is governed by that store's own privacy policy.
8. Retention and deletion
Navritto stores no personal data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Everything Partycide keeps lives on your device and is under your control.
- Delete a saved party from within the app.
- Clear the booklets and files the app has generated from within the app or from your device's storage.
- Uninstalling Partycide removes the app and everything it stored on the device.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (EEA/UK), India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and US state privacy laws — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to it, and to withdraw consent. Because Navritto holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase; for any question, write to info@navritto.com.
You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority — for example your supervisory authority in the EEA (Article 77 GDPR), the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children's privacy
Partycide is a party game intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
11. Security
Your parties and the files you create are protected by the same platform security that protects the rest of your device's storage, including device encryption. They are never transmitted. The only connection the app makes is to the app store's billing service, over an encrypted connection, to check or complete a purchase.
12. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same URL with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes will be described clearly.
