These are the terms of use for the Skycram app (identifier com.skycram.app), published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited. How the app handles your data is set out in its privacy policy.
What this is
Skycram is a study app for your phone, published by Navritto Solutions Private Limited (“Navritto”, “we”). It helps you prepare for the FAA Part 107 knowledge test with lessons, practice questions, a sectional-chart trainer, a weather (METAR/TAF) decoder and full timed mock exams, all on your own device. It needs no account.
By installing or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install or use it. They sit alongside the app's privacy policy and the terms of the app store you installed it from.
Not a government service, and not flight instruction
Skycram is an independent study app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or any government agency, department or official. The Part 107 knowledge test is administered only through the official FAA testing process. Using Skycram produces no certificate, result, rating or authorization to fly, and has no effect on any application or on your airman record.
Skycram is study material to help you prepare for an exam — it is not flight instruction, aeronautical advice, or legal advice, and it does not replace a certificated flight or ground instructor. It is your responsibility to fly lawfully and safely and to rely on current official sources (such as faa.gov) for the rules that apply to you.
No guarantee of a result
Studying with Skycram does not guarantee that you will pass the Part 107 test or any other exam — that is decided by the FAA's testing process on its own criteria. We work to keep the lessons, questions and explanations accurate and aligned with the current airman certification standards and to cite their source, but we cannot guarantee that every detail matches the exam you sit or the regulations in force on the day, so treat the app as practice and confirm anything important with official FAA sources.
How the app is paid for, and that this can change
Skycram is free to download and start using. An optional one-time purchase unlocks everything — the full question bank and unlimited mock exams — with no subscription and no advertising either way. That purchase is sold and billed by the app store you installed from (which handles payment), not by us. How the app is funded may change in future; any such change would arrive in a future version and be described at the time, and a copy you have already installed keeps working under the terms it came with.
Your study is yours
Your progress and the choices you make in the app are yours and stay on your device. Navritto claims no ownership of them and does not receive them — the app does not upload your study data. The only connections are the app store's billing service, which checks or completes the optional purchase, and FAA links you choose to open in your browser.
Using it fairly
You are free to use Skycram to study for yourself. What we ask is that you use the app itself fairly: please do not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer it, and do not misuse it or use it to break the law. The app itself — its software, design, name, lessons and the way its content is organised — belongs to Navritto or is used by us under licence; the underlying regulations and standards come from US government materials. Installing the app gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it on your own devices.
Availability
Skycram works offline and needs no connection to study. Buying or restoring the optional purchase needs a connection. We may stop updating the app, or remove it from the app store, at any time and without notice. If we do, a copy already installed on your phone keeps working.
What we are responsible for
Skycram is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to make it reliable and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will be free of faults, available at all times, or that every lesson, question or answer is complete and up to date at the moment you study it. Always verify anything that matters with official FAA sources.
To the extent the law allows, Navritto is not liable for an exam result, and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or penalty arising from how you fly or operate an aircraft, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms removes or limits anything that cannot lawfully be removed or limited — including any warranty implied by law and your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Navritto is registered. If you use the app as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country or state where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will change the date above and publish the new version at this address before it takes effect; continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

The other documents
How Skycram handles data is set out separately in its privacy policy, which you can open from the app's page. In short: the app collects nothing, has no ads or analytics, and never uploads your study data — everything stays on your device, and the only connections are the app store's purchase check and links you open. These terms and that policy are meant to be read together.
